Build real passive house with us and obtain a subsidy of 350 000 up to 500 000 CZK.
- In the customized design we will prepare a house that meets all the requirements of the grant programme.
- From the beginning, the project will be coordinated with an energy specialist for whose opinion you will receive a subsidy of another CZK 35 000.
- The subsidy is paid after obtaining the final building approval.
- We have experience with passive house design, our homes can also meet the stricter German PHPP standards.
